The Product Management team in provides product solutions that provide productivity tools for hundreds of thousands of Amazonians around the world. Our services touch every element of the business every day: our corporate offices, our customer service teams, fulfillment centers, a diverse development community, and many more.

  • We are seeking a talented, self-directed Senior Product Manager
  • Technical to drive strategic vision and direction for technology used by Amazonians across the globe.
    In this role you will drive and influence the roadmap, build deep understanding of our customers’ needs, define product requirements, collaborate with engineering and champion the needs of our enterprise customers. Given the breadth of the platform we are building, this role requires coordination across internal and external teams. You work with customers, partners, and operational stakeholders to prioritize road map features, and spearhead the definition of new capabilities through expertly crafted narratives and working backward documents.
    Our ideal candidate has exceptional problem-solving skills, Deep understanding of how and when to incorporate AI, sound business judgment, and demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams. You have a proven ability executing both strategically and tactically, and are excited to take on new projects solving Amazon-scale problems. You are capable of articulating when a new technology is needed (and when it is not) or discuss the differences between two technology offerings. You proactively mitigate risks and help reduce a product’s exposure to classic failure modes. An engineering background is required to effectively communicate and work with engineers.
    Key job responsibilities
    Oversee product and UX responsibilities for Enterprise Engineering. Collaborate with AWS team members on Quick Suite product integration and support. Set product strategy and vision for the team, ensure product team members are using AI tools to fast track BRD, PRFAQ and POC creation. Ability to reprioritize with dynamic business needs and demonstrable strong bias for action

    Conceptualize, scope and execute projects to strict deadlines.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of team management experience
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $149,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $258,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
