Amazon Prime is one of the world’s most successful membership programs, offering unmatched convenience, entertainment, and value. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and development for Prime Benefits in India, with a focus on delivering meaningful innovations and evolving the benefits portfolio to meet changing customer needs.
In this role, you will define the vision and roadmap for how Prime benefits are designed, developed, and delivered to millions of members. You will be responsible for identifying unmet customer needs, evaluating market opportunities, shaping new benefit constructs, and working with tech, design, and business teams to build products that scale. The role will focus on building the right benefits and making them work seamlessly within the Prime ecosystem.
You will collaborate closely with global Prime product teams and Amazon business units (e.g., Prime Video, Shipping, Payments, and Corp BD) to evaluate new benefit concepts, build integration strategies, and launch high-impact experiences. Your work will influence how millions of customers perceive and derive value from their Prime membership.
Key job responsibilities
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Prime Benefits — from strategy and concept to development and launch.
Develop a long-term roadmap for enhancing existing benefits and introducing new ones aligned with customer needs and business goals.
Partner with engineering, UX, and cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality experiences.
Evaluate trade-offs and make high-judgment decisions to balance customer delight, operational complexity, and scalability.
Use customer insights and behavioral data to inform benefit construct and optimize adoption and engagement.
Partner with international teams to ensure global alignment while building locally relevant solutions.
Represent Prime new benefits in leadership forums and contribute to planning processes like OP1/2, QBRs, and MBRs.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of key customer experience metrics and methodology (e.g., NPS)
