  • Develop forecasting frameworks for game performance, estimating player adoption, engagement, and monetization for upcoming titles and content releases, and incorporating these forecasts into subscription and revenue planning.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Analytics teams to define forecast assumptions, evaluate strategic initiatives, and align on global performance targets.
  • Develop scenario analyses and business cases to evaluate growth opportunities such as pricing strategies, promotions, content releases, partnerships, and new product features.
  • Translate complex data into clear strategic insights, informing senior leadership decisions through written narratives, presentations, and executive reviews.
  • Monitor key business drivers and industry dynamics, identifying emerging risks and opportunities that may impact subscription growth and player engagement.
  • Design and maintain reporting tools and visualizations in partnership (e.g., Tableau, Quick Sight) that enable stakeholders to understand performance trends and forecast implications.
