They will drive and motivate a cross-functional team to deliver sensor and camera sub-systems and cross functionally manage other internal team members. They will need to lead the cross-functional team efficiently, provide guidance and leadership to meet schedules, specifications and quality. They will also lead the core team through program milestones and critical one and two-way door decision points on programs.

They should be able to manage many technical and program-level discussions with minimal engagement from subject matter experts.

A day in the life
For Hardware engagements, we drive modules to builds by working with our vendors and Hardware core teams to meet the System level build schedules. For Software engagements, you may be driving technology direction with Science and Software teams.

You may run other cross-org mechanisms, and audit existing mechanisms, and mentor junior TPMs in the organization.

Partner and interact with the core team which includes Engineering, GCM, Ops Engineering, SQM and Reliability team members to support the System core team device level builds at the Contract Manufacturers (CM). For Software engagements this will extend to Applied Science and Software teams.
