The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Executive Briefing Program (EBC) is seeking a Briefing Coordinator to support the coordination and execution of executive briefings for customers in our Executive Briefing Center in Seattle, WA.
As a Briefing Coordinator, you are responsible for managing planning timelines, stakeholder expectations and communications, and the successful execution of logistics for customer engagements. You will work with internal stakeholders to provide coordination of logistics for customer engagements that take place in the EBC, including room reservations, catering, and other onsite requirements. You will leverage self-service tools, standardized playbooks, and AI recommendations to efficiently manage multiple engagements simultaneously and ensure a seamless customer experience. You will work closely with supporting briefing team members to execute unique and impactful engagements for our customers which deepen relationships, accelerate cloud adoption, and inspire customers through the art of the possible.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable working with technology tools, following standardized processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
The position is in Seattle, WA.

  • Key job responsibilities
  • Manage briefing logistics including room reservations, catering, attendee registration, and other onsite requirements for up to sixteen briefings per month.
  • Improve, and in some cases, develop standard operating procedures
  • Create mechanisms and drive efficiencies to execute tasks at scale
  • Utilize exceptional communication skills to set appropriate expectations with internal and external stakeholders throughout the briefing planning process
    A day in the life
    As a Briefing Program Coordinator, your days will be spent coordinating logistics for multiple executive briefings simultaneously. You'll work closely with sales teams to understand their needs, use AI-powered tools and playbooks to quickly plan engagements, and ensure all onsite requirements are met. You'll handle short-notice requests efficiently while maintaining the high-quality experience our customers expect

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing time
  • Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation
  • Experience using project management tools and technology platforms
  • 2+ years of professional experience in event coordination, logistics management, or customer-facing operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Experience working in a customer-facing environment
  • Knowledge of AWS services
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
