The Learning Experience Team is seeking an experienced facilitator to deliver exceptional training experiences that drive operational excellence and customer service quality for our remote customer service associates. This role is essential for maintaining the highest standards in training delivery while ensuring consistency across all training locations. The Training Specialist serves as a subject matter expert, educator, and mentor responsible for delivering customized training programs aligned with Blink's processes and customer service standards. This individual will directly train remote customer service associates while certifying and quality-assuring third-party site trainers to maintain consistent training standards across all locations.
Key job responsibilities
- Training Delivery
- Facilitate engaging, interactive training sessions for remote customer service associates
- Deliver customized training programs that align with Blink's operational processes and customer service excellence standards
- Adapt training approaches to meet diverse learning styles and needs
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of Blink's systems, processes, and procedures
- Third-Party Trainer Certification
- Certify and quality-assure trainers across third-party sites to ensure consistent training delivery
- Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and provide ongoing coaching support
- Monitor and evaluate third-party trainer performance against established standards
- Provide feedback and development plans to improve trainer effectiveness
- Mentorship & Continuous Improvement
- Serve as a trusted resource and mentor for trainees and fellow trainers
- Identify training gaps and recommend program enhancements
- Contribute to curriculum development and training material updates
- Stay current on adult learning principles and innovative training methodologies
About the team
Our team is dedicated and responsible for the learning development and delivery of Blink Customer Support associates. We design, create and deliver learning solutions to enhance associate knowledge around our products and services to provide a world class customer experience. We offer learning programs that support new hire onboarding, product knowledge, troubleshooting, and the customer experience.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in facilitating, or experience with Learning & Development and course facilitation or an equivalent professional qualification
- Proven track record delivering virtual training programs
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional best practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with virtual training platforms and learning management systems
- Ability to assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience training customer service or operations teams
- Train-the-trainer certification or experience
- Familiarity with Blink or technical troubleshooting
- Experience working with third-party vendor partners

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
