Seller Fulfillment Technology (SFT) team is looking for a SDM to build and deliver one of the biggest strategic investments for EU Amazon. This is an opportunity to join our mission to build tech solutions that empower sellers to Expand their Cross border business though a central agentic platform. We are building systems which can scale across multiple marketplaces and are on built through Agents, LLM, and Real time Recommendations in automated large scale Pan EU landscape.
We are looking for a SDM to lead our tech team, and build coherent architecture and deliver capabilities across marketplaces. Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience
• 4+ years of software development manager, managing teams of more than 5 software engineers experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of building production software experience
• Experience leading agile development teams and scrum spring planning
