At Amazon Hub Pick-up and Return Points, we're working to optimize the delivery convenience for our customers. With our Amazon Lockers and Counters we are not only enabling customers to pickup and send parcels in the most comfortable way, but are helping to optimize resource allocation on the last mile - from fuel to packaging material.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial self-starter with a passion to build and scale new businesses taking a key role within our mission as an Account Manager.
You will be working in a cross-functional role, representing the face to our most strategic partners, driving usage of our service and working to continuously improve our mechanisms, tools and processes.

- Key job responsibilities
- Develop and optimize mechanisms and tools to enable scalable and efficient partner engagement
- Drive usage of Hub Pick-up and Return Points by Amazon customers
- Implement review mechanisms to monitor, analyze and report partner/location performance and derive pro-active follow-up actions
- Act as facilitator between internal and external stakeholders from Tech, Accounting, Marketing, Business planning, Legal and Product Management to optimize partner and customer experience throughout the complete project lifecycle
- Represent Amazon Hub Pick-up & Return Points with our partners and drive sustainable account growth
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1+)
- English: Full professional proficiency - ability to conduct all business activities including complex negotiations, presentations, and written communications
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience

- Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights
