The Prime Air drone software team is seeking an experienced engineering leader who combines superb technical and leadership abilities to drive planning and delivery of our drone vehicle software roadmap. A successful candidate will be comfortable working with a team of top-notch engineers and collaborating with our systems, scientist, test, safety, and security teams. • Work with customers, stakeholders, and leadership to develop prioritized roadmaps that align with customer benefits and program goals
• Partner with other engineering leaders to align resources
• Manage and drive development and release for multiple software baselines
• Set up mechanisms to manage programs and generate appropriate status and visibility across all activities

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading teams that deliver DO-178C certified systems
• Experience leading teams in aerospace or other safety critical industry
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
