Lat Am SX team is seeking for a Program Manager based in Mexico City, MX. This role offers the opportunity to participate in projects with high visibility across many different Amazon teams. This person will be responsible for analyzing systemic friction for Amazon selling partners and reflecting Amazon policies and standards. They will work closely with the Lat Am SX team to improve existing processes related to seller enforcements, and will work autonomously to increase enforcement transparency and accuracy. They will also partner with other marketplaces to find regional synergies and best practices, being a voice to define program and product priorities for LATAM.

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute multiple strategic enforcement programs across the organization
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and influence senior leadership and stakeholders organization-wide to align enforcement initiatives with business objectives
  • Develop and implement innovative enforcement frameworks, methodologies, and process improvements
  • Make decisions on complex enforcement cases and escalations
  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure enforcement program effectiveness, success rates, and framework adoption across the network
  • Mentor team members and champion operational excellence by developing talent and delivering training on enforcement best practices and continuous improvement

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
  • Preferable Portuguese knowledge
