The Last Mile Learning Associate works with Operations Managers, Area Managers and associates. Constantly improves the long-term capabilities of the area to which he/she is assigned.
The ideal candidate will have Excellent communication skills, comfortable talking in front of a group as well as one-on-one with an individual, able to give and receive feedback effectively. Ability to follow up and meets time commitments and deadlines, is goal oriented, gives insight to area managers. Works hard for the success of others, constantly remains “customer obsessed”. Demonstrates a positive “can do” demeanor and has fun and gains energy from working with others. Measure Associate performance around Safety, Quality, and Productivity, applies learning tools to improve operation metrics . Improves associates' job-related skills; develops, maintains and applies learning tools (methods, checklists and skill building agreements) to encourage associate development, assists in driving success of peak and non-peak training plans.
The Learning Associate will achieve this objective by:
· Executing all standard trainer tasks as outlined on Trainer Standard Work Checklist
· Delivering network standard training
· Partnering with Operations Leaders to Evaluate and improve training processes within work areas
· Directly coaching associates to improve job performance
· Managing training compliance to ensure accurate training records are housed correctly
- Key job responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate all training related programs (up to but not limited to 50 members in a session)
- Track performance including learning curve and quality and implement appropriate performance improvement initiatives to support improved performance
- Monitor adherence to all established training programs to ensure standard work is achieved and implement new tactical and strategic projects
- Create training documents; utilize various software such as Articulate 360, Photoshop, video editing to design effective training content
- Execute plans to close gaps in the developmental needs for individuals and groups
- Partner with program managers and leadership teams to update training documents, implement process change and ensure site adoption of process changes
- Create internal dashboards and use them to report training progress and KPIs in daily and weekly leadership calls.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree graduate
- BA/Bcom/BE/Btech or equivalent
- Proficiency in computer usage, email, MS Office Suite
- Organization skills
- Able to handle multiple and changing projects/priorities
- Ability to prioritize, manage and complete projects with tight deadlines
- Willingness to work in different areas as required by training needs
- Turkish speaker with professional English level
- Availability to work in different shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior training, teaching or presentation experience
- Previous experience as a trainer
- Prior content creation experience
- Willingness to work different shifts Shift hours for this position may be different from the standard production shifts
