We are looking for a business-savvy Product Manager with strong Business Intelligence expertise to drive our payments initiatives in Brazil and create access to affordable payment methods.
This unique role splits focus equally between product management and business intelligence: dedicated to product lifecycle, UX optimization, metrics and funnel analysis and focused on database management, KPI development, dashboard creation, and data-driven decision-making.
You will own the vision and roadmap to scale our digital payment products while building the BI infrastructure necessary to monitor, optimize, and drive strategic decisions.
Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management :
- Partner with local and global stakeholders on initiatives
- Own product roadmap and lifecycle, working backwards from customers
- Drive product adoption through marketing campaigns
- Lead external partner relations and day-to-day operations including risk management and escalation
Business Intelligence & Analytics:
- Build and maintain comprehensive BI infrastructure for 1P Lending and payment products
- Design, develo, and own dashboards and reports for data-driven decisions
- Create operational and PBO metrics critical for daily business management
- Develop KPI frameworks aligned with launch milestones
- Manage database architecture and ensure data quality
- Generate actionable insights to identify optimization opportunities
- Establish instrumentation strategy for performance monitoring
Required Qualifications:
- Product/program management background with proven track record
- Deep expertise in Business Intelligence, data analytics, and dashboard development
- BI tools, SQL, data visualization platforms, and analytics frameworks
- Understanding of Brazil payments landscape and financial/credit products
- Experience leading large, complex projects in ambiguous environments
- Dual capability in strategic product thinking and hands-on technical BI execution
Basic Qualifications
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Product management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level
- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
- Experience in balancing conflicting priorities dealing with ambiguity
