Amazon Leo is Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. From individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve people and organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join the Amazon Leo team, responsible for driving customer awareness and engagement through strategic marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will plan and schedule content across the site and outbound channels, analyze metrics, and report on performance. They will be data driven, results-oriented, and able to effectively manage stakeholders across marketing, creative, and business teams.

  • Key job responsibilities
  • Ownership of planning, designing, and executing marketing initiatives that drive new customer acquisition and engagement among current customers.
  • Own A/B testing design and execute experimentation of marketing content on Amazon.com and within Email channels
  • Develop segmentation and personalization approaches to improve customer engagement and conversion
  • Dive deep into campaign performance data to surface insights that inform future planning. Continuously refine targeting, messaging, and creative to amplify impact and customer delight.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align strategies, secure buy-in, and deliver cohesive customer experiences across channels and geographies.

Export Control Requirement:

Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
  • Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
  • Experience with basic HTML, website management and content management systems (CMS)
  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
