The OTR (On the Road) First Mile Regional Manager is responsible for leading and managing the first-mile operations strategy and execution within the designated region. This role focuses on optimizing pickup operations, managing carrier relationships, and ensuring efficient first-mile logistics performance to meet service level agreements and business objectives.

• Lead and oversee regional first-mile operations strategy and execution
• Manage team performance and development for first-mile operations
• Optimize pickup network design and carrier capacity planning
• Drive operational excellence in first-mile logistics processes
• Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and service providers
• Monitor and analyze first-mile KPIs and performance metrics
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives for pickup operations
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end operations
• Lead problem-solving efforts for first-mile operational challenges
• Manage budget and resource allocation for regional first-mile operations
• Drive innovation and process improvements in pickup operations

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in stakeholder management and communication management
• Experience in managing and developing teams
• Advanced English Proficiency
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Operational and/or retail management experience
• Advanced degree in engineering or equivalent
