Ring is seeking an AI-native Product Builder to join our team to develop new device experiences that help make neighborhoods safer. This role combines technical product management with full-stack development. You will ideate and validate feature concepts with automated data analysis, build functional prototypes, and accelerate engineering delivery with AI-coding tools. You'll have end-to-end ownership from ideation to production launch, working across engineering and business teams. The ideal candidate is AI-first, analytically driven, and thrives in fast-paced collaborative environments while demonstrating technical leadership and attention to detail.

• Key job responsibilities
• Build rapid functional prototypes and launch new features using AI-coding tools (e.g., Cursor) and Git workflows to enable deep exploration and reviews of product ideas, user experiences, and technical feasibility.
• Drive ideation and early feature validation through automated analysis of internal data, marketplace and competitive research.
• Drive engineering efforts to build new features across app, cloud, and device firmware using GenAI tools to accelerate delivery with scalable, high-quality code.
• Lead product definition and requirements generation for new experiences with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance, profitability, and operational support load.
• Proactively identify and resolve strategic and/or tactical issues that impair the teams’ ability to meet goals.
• Lead next-generation connectivity, device power, and notification experiences.
• Identify and automate repetitive manual workflows for cross-functional teams using agentic workflows.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and/or product management, including developing AI-powered applications.
• Demonstrated experience using LLMs and AI coding tools (vibe-coding) for strategy definition, requirements gathering, data analysis, UX design, and iterative development.
• Demonstrated experience building applications that incorporate GenAI (e.g., LLM calls, RAG, Agentic workflows, evals, etc)
• Demonstrated ability to champion the voice of customer from idea to launch.

Preferred Qualifications

• Led the development of new device experience features in consumer electronics spanning firmware, app, and cloud services.
• A public or private portfolio of functional projects you have personally built or contributed to using AI tools.
• Experience with instrumenting products end‑to‑end with product analytics and event taxonomies.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure, Amazon Quick Sight, and Tableau.
• Experience with device connectivity and power optimization.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
