Location: 333 Boren Ave N, Seattle, WA 98109

Multiple Positions Available:

  1. Design scalable visual systems and digital assets across web, mobile, and print platforms, ensuring alignment with both brand strategy and product goals.
    2.Create animations, motion graphics, and interactive visuals using Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and/or Maya to enhance storytelling and user engagement.
    3.Experience with digital design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, PowerPoint
    4.Collaborate with product, marketing, engineering, and design teams in Agile environments to deliver high-impact creative solutions.
    5.Apply UX and visual design principles—including typography, layout, composition, color theory, and hierarchy—to craft intuitive, high-quality experiences.
    6.Translate customer data, market analysis, and user research into actionable design strategies that address business needs and user pain points.
    7.Develop user-centered workflows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes to support new feature development and interaction design.
    8.Evolve and maintain brand and motion language systems to ensure consistent expression across touchpoints and channels.
    9.Design multi-channel marketing assets across campaigns—email, web, product, and social media—with attention to brand consistency and visual impact.
    10.Present design concepts, rationale, and storytelling effectively to stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and leadership teams.
    11.Document UI specifications, design guidelines, and information architecture to support development and ensure accurate implementation.
    12.Lead end-to-end design execution on complex projects from concept through delivery, balancing creativity with attention to technical constraints.
    13.Continuously improve design systems, production processes, and collaborative workflows to elevate design quality and operational efficiency.

(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $120,500.00/year to $ 163,000.00/year)

Basic Qualifications

A Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Media Design, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field and 3 years of experience in Design, Digital Design, Digital Advertising, UX Design, or related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Media Design, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field and 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Design, Digital Design, Digital Advertising, UX Design, or related occupation.

Experience must include:

  1. 3 years of experience with digital design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Figma, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  2. 3 years of experience defining and/or working from brand and visual style guides
  3. 3 years of experience in Visual, UX and front-end web design processes and best practices
  4. 3 years of experience in design and build of motion graphics.
  5. 3 years of experience in information architecture, usability, UI and UX design, production design, advertising, or marketing, focused on multi-channel design.

The pay range for this position in Seattle, WA is $ 120,500.00/year to $ 163,000.00/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
