Role Overview: As a Direct Imports Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating international shipments from origin to final delivery at Amazon Fulfillment Centers in Saudi. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
Key job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track Direct Imports shipments across all transportation legs (origin, port to port, destination, and final mile delivery) • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including freight forwarders, customs brokers, trade compliance teams, and fulfillment centers • Identify and resolve shipment issues proactively to minimize delays and ensure customer commitments • Maintain and analyze key performance metrics for Direct Imports operations • Create and distribute regular reports on critical DI metrics to leadership • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency • Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and Amazon's standards

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in courier industry
  • Experience in logistics
