Your day will be a blend of strategic legal counseling, contracts negotiation, and collaborative problem-solving. As Corporate Counsel, you'll engage with cross-functional teams, diving into fascinating legal challenges surrounding international consumer electronics manufacturing and supply chains as well as emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, ambient computing, and wearables and maturing areas like smart speakers, security cameras, tablets, TVs, and e Readers. Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal experience
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
• Experience in transactional and technology licensing or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work
• Knowledge of the ethical considerations surrounding AI in the legal context, such as confidentiality, accuracy, and bias prevention
• Knowledge of manufacturing, internationals supply chain, and logistics.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
