As a key member of our TR Last Mile 3P Carrier Operations team, you'll support the optimization of our transportation network and carrier operations. You'll dive into daily last mile operations, identify improvement areas, help launch innovative delivery programs, and contribute to strategic initiatives that define the future of logistics. Working alongside with the 3P Carrier Operations team, you'll help enhance delivery operations while ensuring network efficiency across multiple Fulfillment Centers and carriers.

• Maintain operational dashboards and reports

• Assist in launching new tracking mechanisms

• Generate regular performance reports, root cause and path to green analysis

• Help prepare for peak season readiness
