Core Responsibilities:

Strategy & Vision: Define the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for key ad products, leveraging customer feedback, data, and market trends.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with engineering, science, design, legal, and executive teams to deliver products.
Technical Expertise: Translate business goals into technical requirements, influencing engineering discussions and understanding complex systems.
Innovation: Drive new features, especially in emerging areas like Generative AI for campaign creation or Audio Ads, and improve core infrastructure.
Execution: Own feature delivery, manage tradeoffs, and ensure seamless launch and scaling.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience technical product management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
  • Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market.
