Key job responsibilities
As a Sr. Technical Program Manager on LSXE E3 Tech, you will drive multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously across five critical investment areas: selection relevance , delivery speed optimization, selection breadth, cost-to-serve reduction, and exports localization. You will provide technical leadership across 15+ local and remote teams, managing dependencies and driving alignment on programs representing large financial impact.
In this role, you will navigate EU's differentiated and intricate regulatory landscape while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders across design, software, and business teams. You will be accountable for driving the entire product lifecycle from requirements definition through delivery. This position requires regular communication with senior leadership on status, risks, and tradeoffs to meet our strategic objectives.
Cross-organizational influence, agile project management in resource-constrained environments, and executive presentation skills are essential. You will anticipate bottlenecks, mitigate risks across multi-year technical dependencies, and balance business needs against technical constraints.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience collaborating and influencing multiple teams across multiple organizations
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
- Experience navigating regulatory complexity and building localized customer experiences across multiple countries
