Amazon.in Consumables team is seeking an outstanding Senior Product Manager. In this complex role, you will own and scale Subscribe & Save (SnS) program.

We are looking for an outstanding Product Manager who will help shape the future of SnS in India. The Product manager will use a combination of exceptional customer experience focus, analytical skills, and strategic thinking to improve the customer experience. The product manager will work customer backwards to build a customer experience for the Products that will keenly shape the way consumers shop for everyday essential products across consumables & other categories. This role also requires engaging actively with global teams to understand the best practices from other locales as well as tweak experience for India based on the unique business environment and unique customer requirement of India.

• This role calls for an individual who can own all aspects of SnS Product
• Vision, Roadmap, Tech discussion, partner tech and business team in Indian and WW. It requires an individual to showcase judgment and decision making skills to prioritize the right thing for customer This position offers a broad exposure to various business, financial, and technical teams within Amazon.

The ideal candidate will possess a background of both strong product management as well as business management, demonstrates a passion for working on behalf of customers, is very self-driven, enjoys and excels at dealing with ambiguity, have a track record of on-time delivery of cross-functional projects, and have the ability to operate independently and autonomously; demonstrates ability to make decision based on data and is able to influence multiple stakeholders.

• Key job responsibilities
• 5+ years in product management
• Proven track record of owning and delivering innovative experiences to customers.
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into product requirements.
• Proven track record of building Product Vision, executing the roadmap by working closely with Tech and Business teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes.
• Proven ability to successfully thrive in an ambiguous environment and changing market conditions.
  Bias for action; Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects.
  Innovative; loves to challenge status quo and reinvent on behalf of our customers.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience as a product manager or owner
• Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
