We are looking for a smart, high performing results-oriented Marketing Manager to be a part of our growth journey. Key job responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive planning and engagement for AMXP streaming platform. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of content, product, advertising, and user growth—crafting positioning and go-to-market (GTM) strategies on owned channels that communicate our platform’s unique value.
You’ll leverage data-driven insights, competitor benchmarking, and audience trends to shape go-to-market strategies, content positioning, and lifecycle marketing programs that maximize both audience scale and viewer satisfaction.
Key job responsibilities
1.
Engagement and Retention programs:
Leverage audience segmentation, targeting, and behavioral insights to optimize growth and conversion through A/B testing and performance analysis.
Define and implement experiment roadmap to drive engagement
Collaborate with growth and retention teams to expand reach in target demographics and emerging consumer segments.
2.
Consumer Positioning & Messaging:
Craft compelling consumer-facing messaging for the platform, new features, and major content drops
Advocate for consumer insights by leading audience studies, market and competitor research, and voice-of-the-customer collaborations.
3.
Data-Driven Growth Optimization:
Analyze funnel metrics across acquisition, activation, and retention to identify growth opportunities.
Partner with stakeholder teams to deliver frictionless content discovery journey and streaming experience
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product, Content, and Ads teams to execute initiatives that deliver personalized ad-supported viewing experiences
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience producing marketing promotional material for Owned & Operated channels
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
- MBA
