Project Management

We are looking for a Program Manager to join the World Wide Grocery Stores (WWGS) Data Transformation & Nutrition (DTN) team. DTN Program Managers own key programs and projects that drive critical data operations for grocery stores across the US, Canada, and UK — with a focus on recipe management, transformed cost, and transformed nutrition data. You will lead program definition and execution in partnership with merchant, store operations, compliance, finance, and technology teams to ensure stores have the data they need to deliver a seamless customer experience.

  • Key job responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end execution of DTN programs across recipe management, transformed cost, and transformed nutrition for WWGS banners, ensuring data accuracy and operational excellence
  • Identify and recommend optimizations for program execution based on data quality analysis, stakeholder feedback, and operational results
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies, program timelines, and status communications to leaders and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics; partner with analytics teams to assess dashboards and surface key performance insights
  • Design and document new mechanisms, SOPs, and training programs for evolving processes and tools
  • Monitor AI automation opportunities and data operations trends, providing thought leadership to drive the evolution of data management across WWGS
  • Establish escalation protocols and incident management procedures to reduce product incidents and improve ingredient labeling accuracy
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with merchants, procurement, compliance, supply chain, and technology teams across US, Canada, and UK operations

A day in the life
You'll spend your days partnering with merchants, compliance, procurement, and technology teams to keep recipe, nutrition, and cost data accurate and launch-ready across stores in the US, Canada, & the UK. Expect a mix of stakeholder meetings, metrics reviews, SOP documentation, and cross-functional problem-solving — all focused on reducing data errors that impact stores and customers.

About the team
The DTN team ensures the accuracy and integrity of recipe, transformed cost, and nutrition data for World Wide Grocery Stores. We're a small, high-impact team that values ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement — building scalable processes and leveraging AI to raise the bar on data quality across the organization. We also like to have fun, most of the team sits down for lunch together, many go to the workout classes together, and you often hear about teammates hanging out after work hours to socialize.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of program or project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) full time experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in MS Access and SQL
  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
  • Experience using Microsoft Projects software
  • Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization
  • Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
  • Experience working with large, complex data sets
  • Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
