We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with the Business Data Technology (BDT) organization, part of the broader e Commerce Foundation group. This organization serves the company's analytics needs, specifically for the Stores, Devices and Others (SDO).
This Sr. HRBP would partner closely with business leaders on talent priorities that lead to business impact, including employee experience for this team of builders, org health and efficiency, building and retaining a diverse Tech workforce at all levels, driving and innovating improvements to our Tech promo process, and supporting org design and talent placement discussions with our leaders.
To drive these priorities effectively, this individual must have the ability to learn complex, diverse businesses in depth, understand nuanced differences between tech roles, influence with data, drive people initiatives that lead to business impact, and coach senior leaders to maximize their leadership effectiveness. Prior experience partnering with Tech teams is a plus, but not essential for the candidate who is excited to dive in and learn. In this role, the individual will also be part of the eCF PXT team and will drive multiple key talent priorities across the broader eCF organization.
