Since then, we have produced ground-breaking devices like Fire tablets, Fire TV and Amazon Echo. What will you help us create?

The Role:

As a manager of the Service Test Engineering team, you and your team are responsible for defining, developing, deploying, and sustaining hardware screening test solutions and repair/refurbishment processes to support Amazon Devices products. Your team will also support the set-up and training across global screening and service locations.

  • Lead cross-functional continuous improvement programs which focus on people, processes, and equipment/fixturing to deliver more efficient device recovery.
  • Represent post-sales support in closed-loop product performance mechanisms.
  • Use, advocate for, and influence the use of generative AI solutions to improve team efficiency and operational execution success.
  • Travel Required up to 20% (Domestic and International)
