Key job responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain mission-critical freight marketplace services that power Amazon's transportations system.

• Own end-to-end software delivery including coding, testing, deployment, code reviews, and oncall support while executing technical migrations and addressing security risks within SLA

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, TPM, and UX teams to deliver carrier-facing features and internal tools using Java, Python, React, and AWS services

• Leverage Gen-AI technologies to boost productivity in code generation, unit testing, documentation, and intelligent automation while building carrier facing AI-powered features for freight marketplace optimization using Agentcore, Bedrock.

• Manage oncall rotations to troubleshoot production issues, resolve tickets, and continuously improve system reliability across RSPT's global freight marketplace ecosystem

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
