The re:Cycle Reverse Logistics Operations team offers worldwide cloud computing providers with a centralized means to sort, function test, in-warranty return, and disposition server and networking assets that break or are no longer needed in the fleet. The team is seeking a detail-oriented, standards-driven, and self-motivated Global Process Owner (GPO) to take Ownership of the organization's global inventory quality and inventory control process paths — ensuring that assets are handled, stored, tracked, and audited in accordance with the highest operational standards across all RRL facilities worldwide.
This is a role for someone who is passionate about operational excellence and who understands that quality is not a destination — it is a discipline. Our GPO will be the organization's primary owner for developing, documenting, and maintaining work instructions for quality, compliance, and inventory tracking process paths; for monitoring inventory accuracy and quality metrics across global operations; and for driving the escalations, stakeholder engagements, and process improvements needed to keep those metrics within tolerance. They will proactively evaluate operational workflows to identify risks for asset mishandling, damage, improper storage, or loss — and will design and implement process improvements to eliminate those risks before they become problems.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, software, safety, security, and environmental compliance. Our GPO will regularly engage with system administration and product team members to define process gaps that require system support to resolve, and will evaluate new software feature requests to ensure that quality requirements are properly represented in product design before anything goes to production. They will partner with safety, security, and environmental teams to ensure that operational quality is upheld in compliance with those teams' requirements and objectives — and will engage with global operations leaders to ensure that compliance and audit mechanisms are properly staffed, supported, and executed. Frequent engagement with organizational program managers will ensure that our GPO is pulled in at the right time to solve for process quality before, not after it is a problem.

- Ensuring that compliance and audit mechanisms are properly staffed and supported across global facilities to achieve target metrics.
- Regularly engaging with system administration and product team members to define process gaps that require system support, and evaluating new software feature requests to ensure quality requirements are addressed in product design.
- Partnering with safety, security, and environmental teams to ensure operational quality is upheld in compliance with their requirements and objectives.
- Developing and delivering regular organizational quality reporting.
- Supporting change management for quality-related process changes, ensuring that new process updates are properly evaluated, documented, and communicated globally.
