This role is part of the Amazon Business WW Marketing team and our vision is to establish Amazon Business as the most recognized B2B brand.
As a Marketing Manager working on outbound marketing, you will be responsible for the strategy, development, and optimization of global campaigns. You will reach the right business customer at the right moment to help them discover new products and delightful experiences with Amazon Business through channels including email, push notifications, and Whats App.
To be successful in this role, you will work seamlessly with stakeholders across Amazon Business Marketing, Operations, and Tech teams across geographic regions to optimize through scale and continuous experimentation.
The ideal candidate has experience in many of these areas: online merchandising, B2B marketing digital marketing, paid media, and project management. This role requires skills in strategic thinking, relationship building and problem solving. The ideal candidate will also have a track record of success in delivering results at scale and working cross-functionally across multiple teams and countries. Key job responsibilities
-Develop outbound campaign strategies for Enterprise and Small to Medium Business customers
-Own the strategy and execution for outbound campaigns across all business sizes in partnership with operations and tech teams
-Create lifecycle campaigns and marketing journeys through outbound channels
-Optimize marketing segmentation and automation to reach the right customers with the right content
-Execute A/B testing to continuously improve performance across outbound channels
-Track KPIs and progress to goals to measure success of campaigns, experimentation, and new initiatives
-Develop processes to gather inputs from partner teams and communicate back with key information and deadlines
-Partner with tech and operations team on process, automation, and execution enhancements
-Manage and report out on project status and results to leaders
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
- Experience with A/B testing, especially around audience segmentation and targeting
- Experience with marketing strategies in online and mobile channels
