Join Amazon's Legal Department as Senior Corporate Counsel supporting our Worldwide Operations and Robotics teams. In this role, you will collaborate with technology teams to provide legal guidance on innovative systems and robotics solutions. The position focuses on supporting product development, commercial agreements, software licensing, and intellectual property matters while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. • Key job responsibilities
• Partner with engineering and technology teams to provide legal guidance on product development, system implementation, and robotics initiatives
• Structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including technology, supply chain, licensing, and deployment contracts
• Assess and advise on legal, reputational, and compliance risks related to technical architecture and program design
• Provide strategic counsel on intellectual property matters and software licensing
• Develop and implement practical solutions to support business objectives while ensuring legal compliance

Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years of legal experience
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
• Experience in technology and commercial transactions or businesses

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working closely with and advising senior executives of an organization or equivalent
• Experience working independently and directly with all levels of legal and business partners or equivalent

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
