Role Overview:
We're looking for a Creative Specialist to serve as the operational backbone of our creative development process managing pitch intake, coordinating talent engagement, and ensuring seamless execution across our development pipeline.

You understand the rhythm of development, can juggle multiple work streams simultaneously, and know how to keep projects moving forward. You're equally comfortable managing logistics and engaging with creative talent, and you bring a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to everything you do.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Experience in production, development, or creative operations within entertainment or media

Strong organizational and project management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Proficiency with tracking systems and project management tools

Experience working with writers, directors, or creative talent

Familiarity with the development process in film or television

Understanding of the creative landscape and talent ecosystem

Experience supporting senior executives in creative evaluation
Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Pitch Management & Coordination
- Own the end-to-end pitch intake funnel, serving as the primary liaison with creators, writers, and directors
- Maintain internal tracking systems and close the loop on all pitch outcomes
- Schedule and coordinate pitch meetings and narrations from start to finish
- Avid reading and watching content skills is imperative for this role.
- Process & Operations
- Run weekly reviews and keep all internal process trackers current and accurate
- Capture detailed notes and action items from reviews and meetings; circulate minutes and drive follow-through
- Handle day-to-day project administration to keep development workflows moving smoothly
- Talent & Landscape Tracking
- Track creative talent across the landscape both emerging and established writers and directors
- Maintain a live, up-to-date view of the creative talent ecosystem
- Creative Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support executives on creative evaluation and assessment
- Shadow the development process as projects progress through the pipeline
- Serve as a cross-functional liaison across Amazon/Prime Video stakeholders to drive alignment and execution
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of creative executive experience
- Experience working as a producer, creative executive, or a similar role
- Experience in oral and written communication
- Experience with strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the development process in films.
- Understanding of the creative landscape and talent ecosystem
- Experience working with writers, directors, or creative talent
