About the Role:

We are looking for a Program Manager I to join our Growth & Expansion team during one of the most exciting moments in Amazon's history in the region. You will be part of our accelerated expansion strategy, playing a critical role in bringing new operations to life.

- Key job responsibilities
- Partner with PMO and Learning teams to plan and execute launches, ensuring committed timelines and quality standards are met
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process of new partners and operations, from initial project planning through launch ramp-up and successful knowledge/process transfer
- Lead expansion meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for all launch-related activities
- Own and drive all expansion stages, including intakes, cross-functional alignments, and stakeholder coordination
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for launches and related topics
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, influencing without authority to deliver results
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that scale across the organization
- Travel 40-50% of the time to support on-site launches and partner engagement.
Basic Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience in project or program management
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience analyzing data to make business decisions
