About the Role:

We are looking for a Program Manager I to join our Growth & Expansion team during one of the most exciting moments in Amazon's history in the region. You will be part of our accelerated expansion strategy, playing a critical role in bringing new operations to life.

  • Key job responsibilities
  • Partner with PMO and Learning teams to plan and execute launches, ensuring committed timelines and quality standards are met
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process of new partners and operations, from initial project planning through launch ramp-up and successful knowledge/process transfer
  • Lead expansion meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for all launch-related activities
  • Own and drive all expansion stages, including intakes, cross-functional alignments, and stakeholder coordination
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for launches and related topics
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, influencing without authority to deliver results
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that scale across the organization
  • Travel 40-50% of the time to support on-site launches and partner engagement.

Basic Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Experience in project or program management
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
  • Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
  • Experience analyzing data to make business decisions
