We're seeking a Sr. Program Manager to join our Retail Foundations (RFS) Product Team. RFS powers the critical systems enabling Amazon.com to source millions of products from vendors worldwide, ultimately delighting our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive cross-functional program execution that enhances our vendor management and procurement systems
  • Lead strategic initiatives and coordinate delivery timelines that directly impact operational metrics and P&L performance
  • Partner with vendor management, supply chain leadership, technology teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful program delivery
  • Apply program management principles to optimize processes and improve the vendor experience
  • Translate business requirements into actionable project plans and coordinate implementation across teams

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to influence and drive consensus across multiple teams
  • Strategic thinking combined with tactical execution skills

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
  • Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices.
  • Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
