As part of the Worldwide Environment team, Amazon's Worldwide Carbon team is dedicated to working across the company with our business units to make operational changes to accelerate solutions and decarbonize our businesses in service of The Climate Pledge.
We are looking for a well-organized and self-motivated Executive Assistant to support our Directors of Climate Pledge Operations. This exciting role requires excellent attention to detail, great organization and prioritization skills, the ability to plan ahead and to meet tight deadlines, all while juggling multiple critical requests. This role requires excellent organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key job responsibilities
Strategic Support:
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate domestic and international travel
- Track and monitor team spaces, critical meetings, goals and deliverables
- Ensure project timelines and deliverables stay on schedule
Communication and Coordination:
- Build strong relationships across all organizational levels
- Collaborate closely with WWS lead EA and other EAs
- Organize team events, meetings, and strategic planning sessions
- Create clear, effective communication channels between teams and peers
Operational Excellence: - Lead workspace management initiatives
- Develop and maintain team procedures and best practices
- Leverage modern tools and AI to improve team efficiency

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive level calendar management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience managing multiple calendars

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
