We are looking for an Associate Contracts Manager to provide support for Amazon MGM Studio’s growing businesses with the team that supports Marketing, Ancillary and Distribution. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who excels at anticipating business needs, driving process improvements, and collaborating seamlessly across multiple stakeholders.

Your will work directly with business clients to: review customer-facing collateral and publicity messaging; negotiate and document a variety of third-party contractual relationships; advise on a wide variety of rights; issue spot for activities and events promoting Original TV and Film as well as ancillary projects. You will also provide organizational support by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and implement scalable process improvements to ensure best practices across the team.

  • Use available AI tools to provide organizational support and review materials and agreements
  • Draft and negotiate a wide variety of contracts for vendor and partner engagements
  • Optimize existing document management tools – using AI as a preferred solution
  • Improve and maintain existing automations to support the Amazon MGM Studios business
  • Design new processes and simplifications for business-facing resources

Basic Qualifications

  • Can use AI for legal research, contract analysis, or document review
  • Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
  • 2+ years of contracts management experience
  • Experience working with third party contractual relationships

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 1+ years of in-house legal experience
  • Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
  • Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
