We are hiring a Program manager to transform complex business challenges into innovative solutions that drive meaningful impact across Amazon's diverse operations. As a strategic problem solver, you'll design and implement process improvements that directly enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key job responsibilities
Program Strategy & Execution: Lead the full lifecycle of complex, cross-functional programs, from high-level strategy to tactical delivery across multiple organizations.

Process Optimization: Design and launch comprehensive process and product improvements to enhance organizational efficiency and customer experience.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting and metrics to quantify program performance and provide visibility into critical milestones.

Strategic Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex operational challenges using data-driven insights and innovative strategic planning.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering teams, business leaders, and stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and drive team-based projects.

Risk Mitigation & Governance: Oversee gaps between systems and processes to reduce exposure to failure modes, ensuring requirements are documented and stakeholders are aligned.

Technical Documentation: Author high-quality documentation for internal and external teams to define project scope, priority, and long-term impact.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLook Ups) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
