The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (Pro Serve) Partner team is looking for an experienced Partner Manager to lead our LATAM Pro Serve Partner Organization. You'll drive transformative outcomes for AWS customers through the Pro Serve Partner network, through: (1) focusing on AI and Agentic customer transformations, (2) driving intentional go-to-market with Pro Serve Partners, (3) ensuring secure, high-quality delivery through Pro Serve Partners, and (4) being a trusted advisor who collaborates with Pro Serve sales and delivery teams to ensure sellers are working backwards from our partners, customers and proposing solutions that optimize the delivery of customer business outcomes.
The LATAM Partner Leader will support partner, and customer relationship management while enabling sellers to lead partner inclusive sales activity ensuring customer satisfaction for a defined set of partners and customers.
Your experience gained within the technology and services industry (and partner ecosystem), will equip you with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for customers. You will demonstrate proficiency in sales methodologies and CRM systems coupled with strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities. SMPs will be measured on the performance of their team/practice against key metrics including but not limited to Revenue, Billable Bookings, team engagement, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
The AWS Partner Professional Services organization is a global team of experts that help our partners and customers realize their desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud. We work together with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives. Our team provides assistance through a collection of offerings which help customers achieve specific outcomes related to enterprise cloud adoption. We also deliver focused guidance through our global specialty practices, which cover a variety of solutions, technologies, and industries.
Key job responsibilities
As an experienced Pro Serve Partner Professional Services Sales Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing team of Partner Partner Leaders
  • Developing and supporting execution of partner involved sales strategies to meet team targets and drive revenue growth
  • Managing partner relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying new opportunities
  • Leveraging deep AWS knowledge to guide sellers in proposing optimal solutions
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting to optimize operational processes and manage risk

Basic Qualifications

  • 10 + years of building and leading large teams and working in matrixed operating structures experience
  • Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross functional teams or equivalent
  • Experience in strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and new technology platforms and architectures or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
  • Able to communicate effectively in English within technical and business settings.

  • Advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud computing trends
  • Strong people management and performance management skills
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and drive change
  • Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities in ambiguous environments
