We're looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant to support two wonderful directors in the Just Walk Out organization. This is a fast-paced environment where we move quickly, build exciting products, and constantly innovate. You'll work behind the scenes inventing and simplifying processes while being part of a collaborative EA team that likes to have fun and work hard together.

• Key job responsibilities
• Manage multiple complex calendars with competing priorities across global time zones
• Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements
• Support the EA team on larger strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects
• Build and optimize processes to improve team and leadership effectiveness
• Serve as a trusted partner to leadership, anticipating needs and solving problems proactively
• Collaborate with a strong EA team on department-wide initiatives

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
• High school or equivalent diploma
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• Experience with executive level calendar management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
• Experience managing multiple calendars

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
