About the Role:

Are you a strategic thinker who thrives on complexity and enjoys turning data into actionable insights? Do you want to work on projects that shape the direction of Amazon’s operations across multiple countries? We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Brazil as part of our accelerated expansion strategy, leading strategic initiatives that directly impact the company’s growth.

This role places you at the center of high-visibility, cross-functional projects that matter to senior leadership. You will collaborate with diverse teams across different countries, benchmark best practices, design innovative operational models, and present strategic recommendations that influence critical business decisions. Your work will not only drive results but also help set the standard for how we operate and scale.

  • Key job responsibilities
  • Lead and manage strategic projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards
  • Build comprehensive documents (narratives, business cases, project updates) to present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across different countries to drive alignment and deliver results on complex initiatives
  • Support the design and implementation of new operational models, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Conduct benchmarking analysis across regions and industries to identify best practices and innovative solutions
  • Track, monitor, and report on strategic project progress, providing regular updates and actionable insights to leadership
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks proactively, developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
  • Influence stakeholders at multiple levels without direct authority, building consensus and driving decision-making
  • Develop frameworks and mechanisms that can be scaled and replicated across the organization
  • Collaborate with local and international teams to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across markets

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in program or project management
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLook Ups) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation logistics

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA
  • Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Experience working cross functionally with non-tech teams
