We are seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Management Operations Leader to join our Amazon One Medical team. As the Revenue Cycle Operations Manager, you will be the engine behind our financial health and the guardian of our patient's peace of mind. In an era where healthcare finance is often synonymous with "complexity," your goal is to lead a high-performing team to build a seamless, transparent, and "best-in-class" financial journey. You will lead a diverse team of managers to connect the dots between clinical excellence and fiscal sustainability, ensuring that every patient interaction—from registration to final payment—is as world-class as the care they receive. You will partner with product and technology leaders across the organization to evolve our revenue cycle tooling to support a patient-centric experience, seamless clinical and financial integration, and continued invention on behalf of our patients.

  • Key job responsibilities
  • Lead the Leaders: Coach and inspire a powerhouse team of RCM leaders, fostering a culture of high accountability, innovation, and empathy
  • The Patient-First Experience: Redefine the patient financial journey. You’ll implement strategies that eliminate billing frustrations and replace them with clarity, digital ease, and trust.
  • Operational Excellence: Own the full-cycle performance—from Patient Experience to Coding to Billing and Collections. You’ll hunt for friction points and use data-driven insights to solve them.
  • Strategic Growth: Partner with leaders across Amazon Health to scale operations, leveraging AI and automation to drive efficiency while maintaining a human touch
  • Yield Optimization: It’s not just about collecting; it’s about capturing what we’ve earned. You will minimize denials, accelerate cash flow, and ensure a healthy bottom line to reinvest in our mission
