The successful IT Equipment Coordinator will be responsible for utilizing their skills to provide assistance to the operations team by maintaining IT inventory, coordinating ordering, delivery, and audits of assets assigned to the IT department, and maintaining general standardized housekeeping of all IT areas.

Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities include allocation and maintenance of IT equipment throughout the Fulfillment Center. IT Equipment Coordinators are also responsible for the RMA and repair process for all devices under warranty. The IT Equipment Coordinator is a member of the larger IT team within the Fulfillment Center and will specifically support the Junior and Senior Technicians in daily projects and activities as directed. This position reports directly to the IT Manager for the Fulfillment Center.

Basic Qualifications

  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Can bend and lift equipment up to 49 lbs throughout the shift
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of IT system hardware and network concepts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service and experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, inventory management, contract management, lease administration or operations
  • Experience troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals

The starting pay for this position is listed below including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, you are eligible for additional earnings including overtime pay and performance bonuses. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
