  • Worldwide Grocery Stores, Distribution Strategy and Transportation team is seeking a Senior Product Manager
  • Technical with a proven track record of delivery and strong project management expertise. In this role, you'll own and execute strategic, cross-functional operations and technology initiatives for the Grocery DC Product team, driving innovation across our fulfillment operations.

The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of under-the-roof fulfillment operations, including inventory flows and fulfillment technologies such as receive, stow, replenishment, and pick processes. You'll serve as a critical liaison between technical teams and senior leadership, scoping large-scale projects while clearly communicating status updates, risk assessments, and process or product changes to executive stakeholders. Success in this position requires cross-functional team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills.

  • Key job responsibilities
  • Define a vision and strategic framework for under-the-roof DC operations, including “working backwards” documents on products and features.
  • Explore and implement technology-driven solutions that optimize cost structures, minimize overhead expenses, and strengthen stakeholder engagement.
  • Gather and analyze data across business functions to establish global standards for product distribution.
  • Manage cross-functional project teams, plan, organize, and execute complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders to enable the launch of new projects and processes.
  • Innovate to enhance customer experience and reduce distribution network costs.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, Quick Sight
  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
