We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager to join the Transportation Excellence team, supporting initiatives for E2E logistics operations. In this role, you will contribute to delivery quality performance by assisting in data collection, monitoring operational metrics, and supporting cross-functional teams in executing improvement initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, comfortable working with data, and ready to take ownership of defined tasks within a structured environment. You will support the team in identifying delivery quality issues, documenting findings, and helping implement solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate demonstrates Amazon's Leadership Principles, particularly Customer Obsession, Dive Deep, and Bias for Action. You should be comfortable working with structured datasets, supporting root cause analyses, and communicating findings clearly to your immediate team and stakeholders.

  • Key job responsibilities
  • Support monitoring of delivery quality performance metrics, tracking on-time delivery data and flagging anomalies for review
  • Assist in conducting analyses on delivery performance trends, helping to surface insights and document findings for the team
  • Help maintain measurement dashboards and reporting tools that enable the team to track delivery quality indicators
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Transportation and Operations to support execution of delivery excellence initiatives
  • Communicate clearly with immediate stakeholders, sharing updates on task progress and escalating issues as needed
  • Support operational planning activities related to delivery quality, including data preparation, documentation, and follow-up on action items
  • Assist in maintaining governance documentation such as meeting notes, trackers, and process records
  • Contribute to the documentation and sharing of best practices within the team

Basic Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
  • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, MS Power Query, Python), or experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience driving projects to improve operations and support-related processes
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, import/export operations, or data entry/data administration
  • Experience developing and managing recruiting reports, dashboards, and metrics
  • Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
