Shape the future of Investments at Allstate.

We're looking for a strategic-minded business generalist with a background in Finance, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Investments to join our Investments team-a function that manages an $80+ billion portfolio and contributes nearly 50% of Allstate's earnings in a typical quarter.

This role is the center point and quarterback for strategic initiatives within Investments. You'll work directly with senior leadership to challenge the status quo, explore innovative approaches to Investments as a business, and maximize its utility to the enterprise.

What You'll Do:

• Act as the strategic hub for cross-functional initiatives within Investments and Finance.
• Drive high-impact strategic projects with visibility to the CEO, CFO, CIO, and Board of Directors.
• Distill complex financial themes into clear, compelling narratives for executive audiences.
• Collaborate across Investments, Finance, and Corporate Development to shape enterprise-level decisions.

Recent Projects:

• Designing a joint venture with one of the largest global private equity firms.
• Evaluating strategic alternatives for Allstate's Investments Department.

Prior Experience: - Professional Background3-6+ years in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Strategy Consulting, or similar roles.

• Experience in managing or advising on large-scale financial transactions (e.g., joint ventures, M&A, capital structure optimization).

• Exposure to Senior Leadership

• Prior roles involving direct interaction with executives or senior decision-makers.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Demonstrated success working across Finance, Investments, and Corporate Development teams.

• Industry Knowledge

Financial services experience preferred; exposure to insurance or asset management is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical Skills Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and strategic analysis.

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.

Compensation:

Compensation offered for this role is $140,000.00 - 175,000.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
