• Implement and support 5S activities.

• Represents/symbolize discipline, moral conduct, integrity, and vision at all the times.

• Performs and execute daily maintenance and preventive maintenance on all equipment and testers

• Correlates test instruments according to specifications.

• Performs tools and instruments safekeeping and maintain it in good functionality

• Comply on all established procedure and protocol by the group and the company

• Exemplify implementation of accountability, discipline, moral conduct and 5S.

• Conducts training on newly hired technician

• Recognizes failures and setup problems and determines need for appropriate verification.

• Troubleshoot and repair Automated Test Equipment (ATE).

• Troubleshoot and interpret test programs.

• Repair and debug defective hardware

• Modifies and assemble test hardware and fixtures, test equipment, system, prober, etc.

• Qualifies machine equipment with highest quality

• Generate corrective actions and provides feedback.

• Take part in the continuous improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with the team to achieve company and department goals

• Confers with engineers, technicians, production personnel, and others regarding testing procedures and results and to resolve problems

• Assist in constructing initial analysis issues at the line. Composes and analyzes the root cause and come up a solution.

• Initiates and provide status of all equipment affecting machine utilization to engineers.

• Provide necessary technical data needed

• Generates and interprets test parameters and data logs results.

• Compares results with specifications and records test data or plots test results on graph.

• Performs other related duties that may be assigned by the immediate or next immediate supervisor.

For Probe Sustaining Specific / Probe Process Specific

• Ensure that 5S program is established and implemented in the production line. Specially on the machines and equipment, tools, pushcarts, etc.

• Performs tools management and inventory

• Carry outs debugging of test programs and suggest possible test program revisions

• Conducts hardware troubleshooting/repair allowed by hardware team

• Conducts troubleshooting/repair of tester boards and peripherals allowed by board repair service

• Conducts troubleshooting/repair of prober

• Conducts troubleshooting/repair of microscope, vertical transfer and other tools/equipment used by production in manufacturing process

• Provides quality uptime of the down machines to production

• Helps engineers/engineering supervisors on doing offline activities related to project completion

• Performs GR&R along with data generation and analysis

• Performs wand qualification procedure

• Responsible on installation and qualification of new prober/system/etc. before release to production

• Doing system/prober/etc. assembly and disassembly

• Initiates/evaluates/participates continuous improvement projects creation and completion

• Follow/reports to engineers/engineering supervisors on any needed task assigned

• Responsible on disposition of hold lots, lot issues, etc.

• Maintains and create support files

• Optimize, corrects, and maintains the control map. Maintains control maps on correct setting and standard.

• Conducts line audit to make sure all process controls are followed

• Creates/suggest process improvements

• Participates in process evaluation and data gathering

• Follow/reports to engineers/engineering supervisors on any needed task assigned

• Assist/support sustaining team on the uptime of down machines (setup/repair)

For Probe Hardware Specific:

• Assist Op-Tech on hardware transactions (withdrawal/return), hardware/wafer enrollment, system satellite board withdrawal

• Assist Op-Tech on hardware rack/cabinets maintenance

• Assist sustaining team on hardware/pin related issues in the line

• Assist/support sustaining team on the uptime of down machines (setup/repair)

• Withdrawal of hardware/small parts on maintenance store

• Sending/receiving of hardware (receiving, shipping, store)

• Performs wand bench calibration

• Performs all hardware scheduled preventive maintenance

• Performs repair/preventive maintenance of probe card repair equipment’s (PRVX, sanding machine, XYZ scope, etc.)

• Ensure all equipment are calibrated/submitted to calibration group

• Ensure that 5S program is established and implemented on HW tech bay. This includes inventory of spare parts/consumables. Cleanliness and orderliness of the area

• Performs offline/online repair of all types of hardware and probe card pin repair

• Generates probe card and hardware health report

• Conducts hardware related evaluations offline/online (machine sign ups)

• Initiates/evaluates/participates continuous improvement projects creation and completion

• Follow/reports to engineers/engineering supervisors on any needed task assigned

For Probe PM Specific:

• Perform preventive maintenance of the following:

• Prober

• System

• Vertical Transfer

• Blue-M Oven

• Spin Rinse Dryer

• Ionizer

• Cassette

• Any new agreed related machine/tools

• Ensures instruments are calibrated (moisture sensor, etc.)

• Monitors and keep records of all parts needed in performing the assigned equipment

• Assist/support engineers on PM scheduling

• Assist/support sustaining team on the uptime of down machines (setup/repair)

• Initiates/evaluates/participates continuous improvement projects creation and completion

• Follow/reports to engineers/engineering supervisors on any needed task assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Pursuing a degree in Bachelor of Engineering Technology major in Electronics or Electromechanical Technology

• Has basic understanding of electronic circuits and test methodologies.

• Experience with test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal analyzers) is a plus.

• Good technical writing and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
