The Sr. GTM Technology Specialist (internally titled Sr. Marketing Technology Specialist) serves as the primary architect and administrator of Aledade’s Growth technology stack. You will be the "fingers-on-keys" expert responsible for the health, integration, and optimization of our sales and marketing tools (including Outreach, Chili Piper, and Gong). This role balances technical execution with strategic support, ensuring our Growth organization has the documented processes and high-performing systems needed to execute complex healthcare strategies at scale.

We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US or be based from Bethesda, MD office.
