The Senior Director, Performance Excellence serves as the advisor to the Chief Performance Officer (CPO) and plays a central role in driving performance excellence at Aledade.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility position for someone who is comfortable working across clinical strategy, data, and business performance.

This role will operationally lead the department’s Performance Excellence objective, helping teams stay aligned and ensuring progress towards key goals through clear data, strong coordination, and effective collaboration.

In this role, the Senior Director will shape how Aledade tracks and communicates performance.

This role will manage and support the Performance Objective Steering Committee (Steer Co meetings), lead complex performance reviews, and translate market trends and competitive insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

The goal is not only to achieve strong results, but to ensure those results are clearly understood and communicated across the organization.
