Duties and Responsibilities Guest Experience & Brand Standards

Create a welcoming environment; greet guests promptly and manage queues during peak times.

Ensure beverages and food items meet recipe, temperature, and presentation standards every time.

Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally; provide make‑goods/refunds within guidelines.

Bar Operations & Quality

Set up stations for opening, including calibration checks, milk and non‑dairy prep, pastry case set, and smallwares.

Oversee beverage production flow to maintain speed of service and drink accuracy.

Monitor cleanliness and maintenance of espresso machines, grinders, brewers, blenders, and refrigeration.

People Leadership

Lead by example on bar; coach baristas on beverage builds, sequencing, and customer engagement.

Inventory, Ordering & COGS

Audit high‑cost and limited items (e.g., seasonal syrups, RTD beverages) to prevent shrink.

Prepare daily waste logs and recommend menu/production adjustments to reduce write‑offs.
Scheduling, Productivity & KPIs
