What you'll do

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, and A/V issues with precision

  • Install, configure, and maintain laptops, peripherals, and collaboration tools

  • Manage SaaS access requests and administer core tools, including Okta, JAMF, Google Workspace, and security applications

  • Document IT policies, troubleshooting guides, and user instructions to enhance self-service support

  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process or automation improvements (e.g., Tier-0 auto-ticketing)

  • Ensure rapid resolution of IT issues during EST business hours, minimizing downtime for employees and contractors

  • Support and maintain AV systems for conference rooms and hybrid collaboration

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Workplace, Security, and Engineering teams

  • Maintain accurate asset inventory and ensure compliance with company security and audit standards

  • Provide onsite, hands-on IT support for employees in our NYC (So Ho) office

Who you are

  • Strong understanding of identity and access management (Okta, Google Workspace, SSO, RBAC)

  • Working knowledge of office network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, switching, firewalls, VPN)

  • Experience deploying and supporting AV systems for conference rooms

  • Track record of improving the overall employee IT experience, not just closing tickets

  • Familiarity with ITSM practices, incident management, and process optimization

  • Scripting and AI skills to drive automation and efficiency

  • Reliable, trustworthy, and customer service-oriented

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
